Getting to know Dr. Jennifer Rose
Taking the first step to engage in therapy can feel scary. My goal as a therapist is to make therapy feel comfortable and accessible. I am passionate about helping my clients gain insight about their concerns and tools to help them to successfully navigate their challenges. My ultimate goal is for clients to build the skills so they feel confident to manage life. I am trained in EMDR, TF-CBT, and CPT-2 and enjoy working with people to process their trauma so they gain the freedom to live the lives that they desire. My background as a school psychologist (PhD from Loyola University Chicago) means that I'm trained in working with neurodevelopmental issues like ADHD as well.
