I specialize in working with teens and adults who find that limiting beliefs and stress are preventing them from reaching their full potential. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support my clients effectively on their journey toward growth and well-being.

What should a new client know about working with you?

As a client, you are an over-achiever and someone who appears to achieve in all areas of life. You believe in perfection versus completing something as "good enough." You show enthusiasm and capability to the world but feel exhausted, overwhelmed, stressed, fearful, and inadequate. I also run 8 and 9-week groups for preteens, teens, and adults.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I utilize a coaching style to help reduce the areas where you feel overwhelmed. I give solutions, and we build a path to finding purpose and meaning while increasing energy, reducing overwhelming feelings, decreasing stress, reducing fear, and working through feelings of inadequacy. I believe in holistic approaches and assisting clients in ways to meet their goals. I have a laid-back but creative and goal-directed style. My role is to help you design and work towards achieving your goals while making modifications along the way. I believe in walking my talk and utilizing the strategies I share in sessions for myself.
