From the beginning Jennifer was warm and easy to talk to. She provides the space to talk and share emotions but constuctively shares her thoughts and guidance back to frame conversations. I was very nervous to begin this journey and was immediately at ease that I had found the right support.
I've been seeing Jennifer since earlier this year, and I can't recommend her enough. What sets her apart from other therapists I've worked with is her active, engaged approach. Instead of just listening while you vent, Jennifer asks thoughtful questions throughout the session that really make you pause, reflect, and challenge your own thinking. Her insights have helped me understand different perspectives and get a clearer sense of who I am and what I value. If you're looking for a therapist who will truly help you navigate your way to authenticity—someone who won't just nod along but will help you dig deep and grow—Jennifer is absolutely the one.
I came to Jennifer suffering from deep depression, low self-worth and a really foggy mindset that I couldn't break through on my own. Though I was unsure of how therapy could benefit me, I decided to work with Jennifer after reading so many positive reviews. I'm so glad I did - she helped me to realize that I haven't been feeling my feelings, but rather intellectualizing them. Through our work together, I've been able to name my emotions and begin to process and release them more somatically in real time. Working with her has challenged some longstanding narratives I've written about myself, and I feel so much more free and open to the world around me. I hope to continue to work with Jennifer for quite some time, and am excited to see what further progress we can make together. I'd recommend her highly to anyone who is seeking an empathetic, grounded and straightforward therapist.
Jennifer is very kind, warm, and nonjudgemental. I have been seeing her for a few months now and I am pleased with our progress.
Jennifer has been a pivotal support in my healing journey, I would not be where I am without her knowledge, wisdom and guidance during this difficult time in my life. She listens extremely well and asks thought provoking questions that lead to a deeper understanding of myself. I'm very grateful for her support and the work we've done together.
Jennifer is the best! Very much appreciate her thoughtfulness and undivided attention working through the various issues my week has thrown at me. I find her to be fully transparent and speak truth to the situation no matter if it that truth makes me uncomfortable. The best!
Jennifer Sartor is empathetic and insightful. My treatment with her has been tailored and customized to fit my unique situation. I appreciate that she has the flexibility to chat with me about whatever is on my mind at any given moment, and we don’t have to follow a predetermined structure. She is warm, sincere, and understanding. Her down-to-earth nature is comforting and validating. She has become a key factor in my journey toward taking control of my mental health.
I came to Jennifer during a difficult period of my life. I needed a neutral party to listen to me and give me unbiased feedback. She not only is EXCELLENT at both but she managed to teach me ways to work the through my issues and just every day stressors . She has given me so many tools that helps me do so. This includes self-care, self-love, healthy activities, meditation practices and book suggestions. I feel she has greatly improved my outlook on life and relationships. So much so that I am still seeing her. I feel if I don't continue to talk to Jennifer it may defer my progress. I highly recommend her if you feel or need you also need someone to listen and help you navigate through your day to day issues or even trauma.
I’ve been looking for a therapist for some time now and when i met with Jennifer, she made me feel very comfortable and I was able to open up with ease, I’m so grateful and I’d 100% recommend her to anybody.
Jen is great. She helped me work on my confidence which helped at work and with relationships. She gave me strategies to deal with my depression and alochol use disorder
Jennifer is warm, understanding, and has great insight to share on each of our sessions. I appreciate that she offers examples from her own life in our discussions - it humanizes our sessions and helps me to see things in a different way. Jennifer is gentle in her approach, but she often challenges me and gets me out of my comfort zone, which I'm grateful for. Our time together has the ease of a conversation amongst friends, but I'm left with a deeper understanding of self and the world. I look forward to all the progress we'll make and am grateful for the work we've done together thus far!
Jennifer is absolutely fabulous and makes it easy to want to share and be vulnerable. She’s really helped me get through some tough crises and has made me recognize my progress and growth. She is very easy to talk to and sometimes I think I’m talking to a friend rather than a therapist. Would highly recommend!
Jennifer has been a great resource for me for the last several months. She makes me feel very comfortable and has a lot of valuable insight to share. I would definitely recommend speaking with her - it’s clear she has a lot of experience in helping people.
Jen made feel comfortable while still challenging me. She help me deal with a lot of difficult childhood memories and current family dynamics. She helped me developing coping skills and undo anxious thought patterns. Since beginning therapy, I feel more confident and able to manage life.
Jennifer was incredibly easy to talk to and connect with. She helped me recognize the unhealthy patterns in my relationship and guided me through some challenging life transitions. I highly recommend her.
Compassion, empathy, open mindedness, sincerity and professionalism are the perfect adjectives to describe Dr Sartor. I left the session with an incredibly positive attitude. I already booked my next appointment !!
Jennifer helped me through the difficulties of new motherhood empathetic care. She offered tangible solutions that lead to real improvement in my quality of life. She is a safe space for me to express my feelings without judgement. I highly reccomend her if you need a trusting practitioner.
Jennifer is warm, patient and makes you feel seen. She knows when to interject with helpful suggestions or observations but is always respectful in her approach. I highly recommend her.
