Hi! I'm Jen. I've been a therapist for more than 10 years. I have worked in community based mental health, group homes and residential programs. I have provided individual, group and family therapy. I am not only a therapist, but I also provide supervision to unlicensed therapists and have provided psychoeducation presentations on DBT skills and attachment theory. I am also a real person with a life! I have a sweet dog and we like to hike together. In the summer I paddleboard and play on sand volleyball and soccer teams. I have recently signed up for yoga teacher training. I love learning new things, moving my body and eating delicious food.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
