I bring a warm and direct style of therapy. All my clients describe me as genuine and supportive. I want you to achieve your goals as much as you do, and I'm committed to helping you get there in a way that feels sustainable and true to yourself.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe in client-centered therapy which means you and your identified goal or identified barrier/problem is the focus of the session. While these things can change between sessions (because life is always throwing curveballs), growing and practicing the skills to more skillfully cope with these challenges is always a point in our sessions.
