You are in the driver’s seat, but I will support and guide you with ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention). You can succeed and be the best you can be. We will teach you the tools to meet your goals. I have worked with children and adolescents diagnosed with depression, oppositional defiance, autism, generalized anxiety disorders, and PTSD. I have also worked with adults diagnosed with depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.
