Jennifer Sebreros, LCSW I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality therapy in a professional, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to offer a space where you feel safe, respected, and taken seriously from the start. I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach, working closely with clients to understand their concerns and develop clear, meaningful goals for treatment. Therapy with me is intentional and tailored—I draw from evidence-based approaches to meet your unique needs while honoring your values, culture, and lived experience. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, relationship challenges, stress, low self-esteem, life transitions, grief and loss, ADHD, anger management, and family conflict. I also have experience providing substance use counseling for adults. I earned both my undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Clinical Social Work from the University of Central Florida. Outside of my work, I value time with my family—especially my niece and nephew. I enjoy yoga, documentaries, true crime, movies, a good cup of coffee, and the occasional well-earned moment of rest.
