What should a new client know about working with you?

I have worked with a varied population and have learned that all people have the potential to change and grow, regardless of their station or situation. I also believe all humans are capable of finding joy and I love to work with clients on their journey. I love working with a diverse range of individuals who are interested in exploring new ideas, who want to be actively involved in their therapy process and open to solutions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first session involves learning about you and your goals. We will build a treatment plan and start you on your way to learning positive coping skills, how to tame your anxiety, how to relate more to yourself and your needs, or anything else you are interested in learning. We will start building solutions.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
