What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can show up exactly as you are without needing to perform, explain, or apologize for what you’re going through. Many of my clients are used to being the one others rely on, and they often carry a quiet burden of perfectionism, burnout, or grief that’s hard to talk about elsewhere. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you untangle the places where you’re stuck, reconnect to your values, and shift from surviving to living with more clarity and ease. I’ll always be honest with you, and I’ll offer practical tools alongside deep listening and reflection. You don’t have to carry it alone.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We begin with a thorough intake session where I get to know you, your goals, and what matters most to you. From there, I tailor our work based on your unique strengths, history, and what’s showing up in your life right now. In therapy, we’ll explore patterns, build insight, and develop strategies grounded in research and real-life application. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and values-based approaches to help you respond more flexibly to challenges, rather than just pushing through them. Sessions are collaborative and conversational—sometimes reflective, sometimes practical—but always grounded in safety, curiosity, and care.
