I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LCADC), and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I earned my Master's in Clinical Social Work from Stockton University, where I concentrated in clinical social work. Over the past 8 years, I have devoted myself to working in addiction treatment and am now expanding my practice to help individuals more broadly.

Clients can expect to leave each session with greater self-understanding and validation of their journey. Healing is a process that doesn’t have to be faced alone. Each session offers a safe space to explore new perspectives and embrace change. Through a supportive, collaborative approach, we’ll build trust and work together toward growth, authenticity, and a renewed sense of possibility. My goal is to empower you to move forward with confidence and a deeper sense of clarity about your path.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and centered around your unique needs. I work primarily with adults of all ages who are looking to address trauma, substance use issues, co-dependency, family dynamics, and mood disorders. Using a trauma-informed approach, I focus a supportive environment where you can explore and heal at your own pace.
