What should a new client know about working with you?

My main focus in therapy is getting to know and understand my patients. Next, after identifying goals, we work on learning coping skills, identifying values, and practicing interpersonal communication strategies to achieve goals. Therapy with me is fluid, collaborative, and present-focused.
