My appointment was canceled an hour before the scheduled time with no explanation or acknowledgement of inconvenience. I’m not sure if this was the fault of Ms. Sobol or the platform she uses for service (Brightside). I had to reschedule with a different provider since she didn’t have the availability I need. I hate to be this person who gives a bad rating based on the circumstance, but I have limited windows of time to receive care, and a last-minut
