Welcome to On the Couch Counseling and Therapy Services. If you found my site, you may be seeking emotional support for struggles you have experienced in life. You might also be curious if therapy can help you. From my own personal journey, therapy will and can help you. Our human condition is to attain emotional wellness and healing during this life. The path is never linear and takes many twists and turns along the way. Having a therapeutic relationship can help make sense of your path and where you may be going… The therapeutic relationship should be a safe space to share emotions. Some feelings may be dark and difficult to re-experience, while others will feel lighter to process. Either way, my hope is you can experience yourself fully. My goal is to provide you presence and psychological insight. What I offer you is over twenty years of professional experience as a licensed clinical social worker and therapist. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Washington. My commitment to the self-growth of others is shaped by believing the human experience is to achieve emotional wellness. I would be honored if you would offer me the opportunity to share your path as your therapist. I am licensed in both Washington state and Colorado. My office is in Pueblo, CO. I offer nontraditional ways to connect based on clients’ needs and comfort. You can choose between in-person sessions, in-home sessions, and/or telehealth. My in-home sessions are dedicated to seniors at home, living in facilities, and/or persons with emotional or physical disabilities.
