Hello, I'm Jennifer, a licensed clinical social worker with an MSW, inspired by the emotional growth we experience throughout life. I believe that a therapeutic foundation built on trust and psychological insight is the catalyst for transformative healing. Over the last fifteen years, I have been guided by the value of compassion in response to each individual's unique emotional needs. In my practice, I tailor my therapeutic approach by drawing from a wide range of modalities, including psychodynamic, client-centered, CBT/DBT, and strengths-based therapies. My extensive experience spans working with individuals coping with psychological disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder, as well as personality disorders like borderline, avoidant, and dependent PD. I also support clients through painful life experiences, including grief and loss, relationship issues (both heterosexual and same-sex), abuse, PTSD, life-limiting health issues, Queer issues, oppression, suicidal behavior, HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, and death and dying. I am a firm believer that self-love leads to self-care. This philosophy is at the heart of my practice, as I strive to empower my clients to embrace their strengths and foster resilience. Licensed in both Colorado and Washington state, I offer in-person sessions in Pueblo, CO, and telehealth services in both states, ensuring accessibility and convenience for my clients.
