I have worked in the mental health field for 20 years working with all ages and stages of development. I have a masters in counseling with a specialty in chemical dependency. I am a mom, wife, and grandma. I have worked with those with trauma, PTSD, and understand the affects losing a child has on a person and how grief is always with us it just changes

I have over 20 years experience in mental health with 4 years as an individual therapist. I am a licensed provider of mental health in MN, SD, and IA along with a licensed chemical dependency counselor in MN and SD.
