What should a new client know about working with you?

I’ve been in the mental health field for over 14+ years; my clients are individuals new to therapy, with history in therapy and even therapists. I have shown my clients I am compassionate, attentive and committed to their care. Let me help you in this journey and together we will work in getting you to a better place one day at a time. I use strength-based, CBT, solution focused, psychodynamic and emotionally focused approaches to therapy. I maintain the flexibility and awareness necessary to meet the needs of every individual taking into account cultural, environmental and societal factors. I have been told by clients that I’m easy to talk, friendly and offer a non-judgmental safe space.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

After you reach out, I will send you some documents which need to be filled out prior to our intake. I also like to verify your insurance before our session so that you are aware of any co-payments or deductibles. I have limited evening availability (telehealth only) reach out to inquire about those time slots.
