Psychotherapist

Welcome. If you're feeling overwhelmed, in transition, or just not quite like yourself, you're not alone, and you're in the right place. I work with people across different ages and stages, including teens figuring things out, young adults navigating big decisions, parents juggling invisible pressures, and adults feeling stuck or burned out. My background in schools gives me deep insight into how systems, stress, and expectations can quietly take a toll, but my work extends beyond that. Whether you're facing anxiety, identity questions, life changes, or just trying to feel more like yourself again, I offer warm, honest support with a mix of curiosity, practical tools, and just enough humor to help you breathe a little easier and move forward with clarity. My approach My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in real life. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and an eclectic mix of other approaches depending on what fits you best. We’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface, get curious about patterns that show up, and try out strategies that help create real shifts in your day-to-day life. I balance deep listening with thoughtful questions, and I believe therapy should feel human, sometimes hard, sometimes healing, and sometimes even a little funny. My goal is to create a space where you can reflect, grow, and reconnect with what matters most. My focus I work especially well with teens, young adults, parents, educators, and anyone feeling stretched thin or stuck in the “shoulds.” Many of my clients are thoughtful and capable, but unsure how to focus on their own needs. You might be facing academic pressure, stepping into adulthood, adjusting to parenthood, changing careers, or just feeling off in a way that’s hard to name. I understand how systems, expectations, and life changes can take a real toll. I’m here to help you make sense of what’s happening, feel more grounded, and take steps that feel right for you.
