Hello! My name is Jen, and I am a licensed clinical social worker in Missouri and Illinois. I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of Missouri and have worked in a variety of settings, including residential, medical, and private case management for foster children. In these roles, I have supported clients facing a wide range of concerns, such as depression, anxiety and panic disorders, substance abuse, physical and emotional abuse, domestic violence, and families navigating difficult or changing dynamics at home, like becoming caregivers to elderly parents. I received my BSW in 2001 and my MSW in 2003. For the past two years, I have been practicing in private practice. My approach to therapy is to provide an approachable and safe space where you can work through personal challenges. I ensure that each client has a treatment plan tailored to their specific goals and strive to create a caring environment that supports you on your emotional wellness journey.
