I earned my Master's in Social Work from IU Indianapolis and my Bachelor's degree from Marian University. I am dedicated to meeting clients wherever they are in their journeys, providing support in a compassionate and non-judgmental manner. My approach I draw upon multiple therapeutic styles in my work. These include integrative approaches, somatic therapy, internal family systems, dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based counseling.
