With over 10 years of experience in education and over 6 years in counseling, Jennifer is dedicated to providing mental health therapy to clients of all ages and stages. Outside of her counseling practice, Jennifer enjoys walking her dogs, swimming, practicing meditation, and spending time with her family. What is your typical process for working with clients?

After you request your appointment, you will be sent an invite link for Brightside Health. You will need to enter your insurance and payment information to confirm your appointment.During your initial consultation we will craft a treatment plan personalized to your needs, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed. You will also be able message me directly at anytime via the messaging section of your Brightside Health portal - a tool where will also track your progress, access resources, and see your treatment plan details.

I have tried multiple times to schedule a therapist with ZocDoc and have been unsuccessful every single time. Here's a few of the issues: -The therapist doesn't take Medicare, after the website said they matched me with a therapist who accepts my insurance. -The therapist was not licensed in my state, after the website said they matched me with a therapist who is licensed in my state. -The therapist was a completely different person than the one I selected. I will use another website to try and find a therapist.
