Counseling is a very intimate and personal journey that requires specific tailoring on a case-by-case basis. I facilitate the therapeutic process by integrating traditional, creative, and experiential interventions specifically for each client. Through my clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, I strive to place emphasis on the therapeutic relationship by providing a warm and collaborative environment. I enjoy meeting you where you are in your healing process and specialize in working with trauma, grief, and survivors of all kinds. My overall approach to therapy is holistic and promotes the integration of mind and body wellness to foster healing. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's degree from St. Mary's University, which have equipped me with a strong foundation to support my clients effectively.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
