I am a social worker through and through. I worked in the field of serving others for over 15 years. I have lived in Texas for over 20 years and proud to call it home. I have experience working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, self- harm, low self-esteem, anger, grief and loss. I think it is important for others to know that is "Okay to not be Okay" and to ask for help. Making time for self is important. I have a calming demeanor and ready to help you on your journey of decreased negative symptoms. \n\nWhen I am not helping others I enjoy being outside, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. I love to snuggle with my dog and two cats!

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge.
