My name is Jenny, and I help adults, parents, couples, and families manage life's unexpected difficulties. I am a relational therapist who prioritizes building rapport and connection to achieve success. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. Using a cognitive-based approach, I'll help you recognize unwanted and unhelpful thoughts and challenge your thinking patterns. When desired, I am happy to incorporate a Christian perspective into your care. Whether you're feeling like a parenting failure, overwhelmed, struggling with relationship issues, or caught in cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking counsel for life's challenges can feel scary but is a sign of wisdom and strength. In our sessions, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the challenges you face. I hold a Master's in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively. More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
