I have over 7 years of experience working with teens, adults, and couples on a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, grief, communication, rebuilding trust in relationships, and more. I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Spring Arbor University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Toledo. Some of the therapy approaches I draw from are cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, art-informed techniques (for teens), and Gottman (for couples). Yet I believe that the greatest tools I possess as a therapist are compassion and a listening ear.
