Starting therapy is a courageous step, and I’m here to support and guide you throughout this transformative process. As a compassionate and dedicated counselor with an MSEd in Mental Health Counseling from St. John’s University, I have experience working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and relationship or family challenges. I’m passionate about fostering personal growth and welcome individuals from all backgrounds and identities.

In our work together, I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. My approach is integrative and tailored to your unique goals, drawing from CBT, ACT, DBT, trauma-informed care, solution-focused, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapies. Together, we’ll build a collaborative and transformative relationship that helps you develop the tools and confidence to navigate challenges and move toward a more meaningful, fulfilling life.
