I am an experienced psychotherapist, over 10 years, who has worked in multiple levels of care from outpatient to in patient services and residential treatment for co-occurring disorders. I have worked with adults who find themselves struggling with myriad concerns and who are attempting to make changes that help to benefit themselves first, and then within the context of their relationships. Ultimately, these changes will allow for a healthier lifestyle, improved relationships and an increased sense of self.
