Her role is to hold a position of support, adding language to further describe your lived experiences, teach emotional literacy, develop solutions to problems, and overall teach tools to enhance your confidence and abilities to manage emotional struggles.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

As a clinician, she is dedicated to empowering clients through introducing and enhancing skills to gain self-awareness, adaptive coping, and decision-making for their own life journeys and their overall wellness. When she engages with clients, she comes with active listening, empathy, and humor to assist with becoming comfortable to participate in therapy.
