Getting to know JennyMae Martin
Welcome! I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, LPCC 16376, in the state of California. I specialize in supporting women navigating trauma, anxiety, and the stress that comes with chronic illness and relationships. I also bring over a decade of experience working with children and teens in a Montessori setting, creating space for curiosity, growth, and healing at every age. My approach is grounded in warmth, compassion, and authenticity. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more grounded, connected, and at peace.
As a relational therapist, I focus on building a genuine, secure connection with each client. I work from a psychodynamic perspective and integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) into my practice. My approach also includes somatic and mindfulness-based techniques to support grounding in the body and nervous system regulation.
