What should a new client know about working with you?

I embrace a holistic and integrative approach to therapy, focusing on individual needs. By combining client-centered therapy with the strategies of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I aim to provide a balanced and effective treatment experience. My goal is to nurture awareness, insight, and empowering you to make meaningful changes in your life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

On the first session, I will conduct an assessment, develop a treatment plan and set therapy goals with you. Each session, I will provided helpful resources and skills to help you achieve treatment goals. You should feel respected, safe, validated and comfortable. Every 5th session, you and I will review treatment goals to make sure therapy is going in the right direction. You should find progress or positive change as sessions continue. Once you are getting close to therapy goals, you and I can plan for therapy termination for proper closure
