What should a new client know about working with you?

I focus on empowering individuals to find solutions that will help give them the quality of life they crave and overcome the obstacles standing in their way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our sessions start off with joining the virtual session and introductions. Our first session is an assessment and evaluation to help me identify your concerns and what treatments may or may not be appropriate for you. Sessions can last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour depending on the need and complexity.
