My primary goal is to help you manage and succeed in life according to your own goals. At the same time, you want to be free of the emotional spaces that block self-expression. Through therapy, you can safely confront and develop approaches to overcome fear. You can gain power over how you feel about your life. In life, you face tests and experience setbacks that challenge your ability to resolve complex and longstanding issues. Your responses to these tests and setbacks reflect your degree of self-esteem, the value of personal and family relationships, and career aspirations. I have worked with adults to address depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral challenges, manhood issues, wounds from childhood, and bi-same gender loving affirming, acceptance, and expression. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Mount Saint Mary’s University. I look forward to meeting with you.
