Hello! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a master’s from Trinity University, and I’ve been honored to walk alongside individuals ages 3 to 80 in their healing journeys. I specialize in trauma work primarily working with men that struggle with social phobias, identity issues and men that struggle in their walk of faith. What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in helping men that struggle with social ackwardness & avoidance to become socially acceptable with a series steps and homework assignments. I have various tools and techniques that I utilize to help you the client uncover the unconscious programming that is affecting you in the present. For faith based clients I utilize prayer and the spirit.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Expect to get a better understanding of yourself, such as exploring your uniqueness, purpose, core values, strengths, weaknesses and beliefs that drive your life, dedicated clients will gain clarity and focus for better outcomes in the future.
