What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). The goal of CBT is to help you understand how your patterns of thinking influence your emotions, which in turn affect your behavior. Together, we work to identify and challenge cognitive distortions—those automatic, often unhelpful thoughts—that may be contributing to negative thinking and emotional distress. I strive to create a comfortable, conversational environment where you feel heard and understood. My style is flexible and responsive, allowing me to meet you where you are and tailor our sessions to your unique needs and goals.
