I'd first like to recognize the strength it has taken to reach this stage in your growth and healing. I have had the privilege of accompanying people on their path toward "something better" for roughly ten years. I have experience assisting individuals and families as they navigate adjustment and mood-related concerns, communication deficits, and lifestyle issues. My style tends to be direct and relaxed; I provide a safe space for candid expression, and I encourage my clients to state their needs early and often. I lean toward a person-centered approach-I will meet you right where you are. I also happen to think that I'm pretty funny. If nothing else, I've got that going for me! I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maine.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due.
