Hello, I'm Jeremy Case, and I'm here to support you on your journey to mental wellness. With a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Ottawa University, I bring a wealth of experience working with individuals across all age groups, though my primary focus is on adolescents and adults. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in both Oklahoma and Missouri, I offer telehealth services to residents of these states and in-person sessions in the Joplin, MO area. My therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that mental and behavioral health services should be accessible to everyone. I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to find a provider who truly gets you, especially in today's complex world. That's why I strive to create a space where you feel understood and supported. I specialize in treating symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, trauma, sleep difficulties, stress, spirituality, and more. Additionally, I am a Trans-affirming provider and work closely with youth and adults in the LGBTQ+ community. As a Veteran of the United States Navy and an Indigenous American member of the Ottawa (Adawe) Tribe of Oklahoma, I bring a unique perspective to my practice. My diverse background allows me to connect with clients from various walks of life, including those dealing with multicultural and diversity issues, military and veteran support, and life transitions. In our sessions, I utilize a range of treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Mindfulness-Based Therapies, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and energy healing techniques such as Reiki. As a Certified Reiki Master and a non-religious ordained minister by the Universal Life Church, I also offer spiritual counseling and life coaching. I firmly believe that BLACK/ASIAN/NATIVE/LGBTQ+/TRANS LIVES MATTER and that we must treat our Earth with the respect it deserves.
