We all take our knocks and come away having adjusted to life accordingly. People adapt with profound creativity and resilience. Nonetheless, we often find that our tried and true methods fall short and leave us feeling completely at a loss as to how to move forward.
I love working with clients who are open to discovering that they have more inner resources than they realized. This takes courage, but "the cave you fear holds the treasure you seek."
I work with individuals and couples. I hold a Master's degree in Religion from Yale University and a Bachelor's degree from Lyon College, which inform my compassionate and thoughtful approach to care.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I don't rush. I get curious about you and what brought you to therapy, and I love to answer questions about the way I work.
Every client I get to know always surprises me. I am amazed at how every human has their own story and uniqueness.

I am the mother of a teenage that wanted to talk to a therapist.
Jeremy was attentive and very clear explaining to me what to expect and how he proceed with the session.
My son was happy and told me it was very effective. They spoke about was bothering him. i do not know the details. They scheduled a follow up session, but my son has not been able to attend yet.
Overall Jeremy was very attentive and good listener.
He explain that he reaches out to the insurance and will let me know how much is covered. I did not have to make any payments on the 1st session until the insurance gets back to him.
