Getting to know Jeremy Gross

Hello, I am Jeremy! I'm a licensed social worker with three years of experience providing counseling to clients with serious mental illnesses. I earned my Bachelor's in Psychology from Touro College and University System, New York, and my Master's in Social Work from Yeshiva University's Wurzweiler School of Social Work. I've worked mainly in PROS programs where I ran therapy groups and met with clients individually. I have experience working with those who suffer from depression, anxiety, grief, and hallucinations if applicable. I use a CBT approach in therapy as well as psychodynamic techniques to address underlying issues. I also address substance abuse and ways to overcome the challenges that come with it. I enjoy providing my clients with a safe space to speak about whatever is on their mind. I am willing to address anything you may find relevant during our work together in order to overcome barriers and challenges. Asking for help is a huge first step and shows much bravery on your end.
