I have 12 years of experience working primarily with adults and families. I hold a Master's in Applied Psychology from Northern Arizona University and am licensed in Montana and Idaho. I also have a certification in ADHD support. Beyond ADHD, I have extensive experience working with adults in high-stress environments, including First Responders, RNs, and Police.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My ideal client is looking for new ways to cope with existing challenges. They are willing to share the details and get their hands dirty to get new results. They want to get to a better place and they're not afraid to make some mistakes and learn along the way. I create a safe space to share those ADHD experiences and walk hand in hand through the problem-solving steps that lead to change. Navigating life with Adult ADHD is hard. Even small changes can make a huge impact on your happiness. What is your typical process for working with clients?

I base sessions in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy principles. The work is short-term, solution-focused and revolves around your experiences. You inform the course of therapy with your unique needs and environment. ADHD impacts everyone differently and we respect that throughout the therapy experience.
