All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. For 24 years, I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Naples, FL, a role I find most enjoyable. I am fortunate to have the opportunity and challenge to promote mental health and well-being to adolescents, adults, parents, couples, and families. I earned my Master's in Social Work from Florida State University, which has provided a strong foundation for my practice.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
