Jericka practices several modalities when working with clients, some of which include CBT, Gestalt, REBT, EFT, Client Centered, Mindfulness and solution focused among others.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Clients can expect a safe and welcoming environment where they can process their feelings freely. All work in therapy is a collaboration, but will be led by the client. After session goals are also given in order to help you learn and practice whichever skill we are currenly working on.
