I have experience in helping clients identify and develop coping strategies to Maleage addictions, relationship issues, trauma, and abuse. I’m also a great motivator and good at helping those who struggle with their self-esteem and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step towards seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. I'm a Christian who believes in God. I also believe in respecting the beliefs of others who embrace different beliefs or faiths, without judging or feeling the need to change their beliefs to align more closely with my beliefs. I believe in the power of prayer but also know the importance of practicing what you profess to believe. This is why my daily goal is to do my best to love everyone as much as I can, without judging them based on anything they may have said or done, or anything they may desire to do. Focusing my therapy using the standards mentioned above allows me to create an atmosphere that helps me accomplish my goals of helping clients feel safe and comfortable enough to express their true feelings so that we can begin the process of healing.
