My therapeutic approach is integrative, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Reality Therapy to tailor the best care for each individual. I received my MS degree in counseling from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi in 2012 and have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since then. I have extensive experience in substance abuse counseling, which I've provided full-time since 2013. In 2017, I started my private practice and have found immense joy in making a positive impact on people's lives. I offer both face-to-face counseling and telehealth sessions to accommodate your needs. My varied life experiences as a recent grandmother, mother, wife, daughter, businesswoman, and adoptee allow me to connect with clients from all walks of life. I've had the privilege of working with diverse individuals in the United States, Canada, and Europe, and I bring this rich perspective to my practice.
