Psychotherapist

From the outside, you look like you have it all handled, the deadlines met, the people in your life cared for, the one everyone leans on. Inside, it's harder. Maybe you've been called "smart but scattered" or "too sensitive," and wondered why "just try harder" never worked. If you're a high-functioning adult facing ADHD, anxiety, depression, or burnout, your brain isn't broken, you've just been working twice as hard with the wrong tools. I help you understand how your nervous system actually works, so we can build focus, steadiness, and self-compassion instead of more pressure. There's a name for this, and a path forward. I'm passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges while building confidence, balance, and emotional wellness. As a Black woman therapist, I bring both professional expertise and a deep personal commitment to creating an inclusive, affirming space where all clients feel truly seen and valued. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, burnout, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and emotional overwhelm. I also specialize in supporting older adults and families navigating the emotional weight of Alzheimer's and dementia — walking alongside loved ones during one of life's most tender and demanding seasons.

What should a new client know about working with you?

This work is personal. Growing up around anger and codependency, I know the weight of it, and the freedom of setting it down. Therapy changed my life, and that's why I show up fully for my clients. You don't have to do this alone. I'd be honored to walk with you toward healing.
