Hi, I'm Jessica, a Licensed Mental Health Therapist passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges while building confidence, balance, and emotional wellness. As a Black woman therapist, I bring both professional expertise and a deep personal commitment to creating an inclusive, affirming space where all clients feel truly seen and valued. I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, burnout, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and emotional overwhelm. I also specialize in supporting older adults and families navigating the emotional weight of Alzheimer's and dementia — walking alongside loved ones during one of life's most tender and demanding seasons.

What should a new client know about working with you?

This work is personal. Growing up around anger and codependency, I know the weight of it, and the freedom of setting it down. Therapy changed my life, and that's why I show up fully for my clients. You don't have to do this alone. I'd be honored to walk with you toward healing.
