“It took me 20 years to find the right therapist. For so long, I thought therapy just wasn’t for me. So when I met Jesse, it was an enormous relief. Jesse’s an incredible therapist. As a person whose life feels very chaotic, it’s a gift to spend time each week with someone who’s so grounded and calm. In our sessions, he’s flexible, warm, and patient. He gives thoughtful and insightful feedback. He’s also proven to be a generous and tireless advocate. Talking with Jesse, it’s the first time I’ve felt actually listened to and heard in a really long time. And he brings an agility and fluidity to our conversations that makes it feel ok to be messy. To have a space where it’s ok to be completely authentic, whether that’s authentically mad or authentically sad or authentically overwhelmed - to not have to pretend to be ok, and to have THAT be ok - has been a life changing gift. I can’t recommend talking to Jesse enough. ”

“I have been working with Jesse in therapy for many months now, and I can honestly say that I feel like a much better, calmer, and more grounded version of myself. I have been navigating some pretty challenging life circumstances, and Jesse has created a therapeutic space where I feel incredibly safe, supported, and free to explore some of the darkest parts of myself. It takes a special kind of person to provide such a nurturing, empathetic, and growth focused space, and I am so grateful that I found that in Jesse. I truly couldn’t recommend him more to anyone looking to better themselves and the relationships in their lives. ”
