Getting to know Jesse Greene

Are you constantly feeling anxious, unhappy, and overwhelmed? Do you experience intrusive thoughts, intense emotions, and often feel that your emotions and thoughts take over? Are you going through a change in your life right now or confused about where you are heading and would like some guidance from a professional? Hope is right around the corner! Hello there! My name is Jesse Greene, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (#18108) in the state of Florida. I earned my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Over the last six years, I have helped individuals and families seek meaningful change in their lives. My approach is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, as well as Existential Therapy when appropriate, to focus on meaning and purpose in my clients' lives. I have worked with clients from all walks of life in multiple settings throughout Florida. My experience has provided me with deep insight and a practical view of the problems people face in their personal lives. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps toward change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe the. most important thing to any therapeutic relationship is the bond that you and I have. That's something that I hold sacred. Outside of that, I try to provide some reasonable and effective strategies that you can apply in your life that will help assist you in getting the change you are looking for.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I dont want to be mean or anything, just want to help other people find their best provider. I only did a consultation so just one appointment. Jesse just wasn’t that good. Didn’t make good eye contact, talked excessively about his own life. Nothing horrible, just like very ehh and I don’t recommend him. Had to repeat basic facts throughout first consultation, so not the best memory. I did another consultation with someone else yesterday and they were more attentive and professional and I just want to aid others in their search for such a critical service.

My experience with Jesse Greene is great! Though I only had my intake session, he was able to find the words I was looking for, understood what help I am searching for, provided a lot of insight, and was empathetic, nonjudgmental, and warm. I look forward to continuing working with him!
