Our first session is an intake assessment where I'll begin to learn about your history, experiences, and what brings you to therapy. Healing is a process that takes time, effort, and teamwork. Therapy can sometimes be emotionally challenging since difficult and painful experiences can surface. I'll help you work through your experiences by providing a supportive, nonjudgmental space with active listening, direct feedback, and personalized goals to help you grow and heal. The length of therapy varies based on your unique needs and readiness for change.
