What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I aim to create a space where you can feel comfortable showing up as you are, without pressure or judgment. Together, we focus on understanding what’s getting in the way, building practical coping tools, and making changes that actually feel realistic and supportive in your day-to-day life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In a typical session, we’ll start by checking in on how you’ve been and what feels most important to focus on that day. You’re welcome to bring in anything that’s been coming up for you. We’ll then explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns together, and I may offer reflection, support, and practical tools you can use outside of session. The pace is guided by you, with a focus on building insight, coping skills, and emotional balance over time.
