I use a variety of cognitive-behavioral techniques from different modalities to give clients the skills they need to navigate the ups and downs of life. I value creating a warm, non-judgmental environment where my clients feel safe enough to step just outside of their comfort zones for growth. Personal growth comes from the desire to change what is no longer working for us in our lives. We can replace unhealthy thoughts and behaviors with healthy ones and practice a new habit of the mind. When things change inside you, things change around you. Through this process, we can learn how to lead lives that are personally fulfilling while at the same time contributing to the greater good for all people. It is my passion to find ways to help people live well and achieve personal growth. I hold a Master's degree (MA) and am a Licensed Professional Counselor.
