Hi there; I'm Jessica; a licensed professional counselor with a clinical psychology background. I work with individuals (including adolescents) from a trauma-focused; relational and feminist lens. I have training in methods such as Internal Family Systems (IFS); Dialectical-Behavior Therapy (DBT); and integrative somatic therapies. My work is centered around empowering womxn and gender diverse folx; especially those who have experienced interpersonal or cultural trauma.
