Jessica has obtained her clinical social work license in the state of New Jersey and Nevada. She is a Certified Trauma Therapist and professionally affiliated with the National Association of Social Workers. Throughout her career, Jessica has had the opportunity to work with very diverse clients in a variety of mental health and community settings, all of which have provided her with the experience that she brings into private practice. Jessica has a special interest in working with adult survivors of childhood trauma by providing individualized trauma-informed approaches for her clients. What is your typical process for working with clients?

Initially, Jessica will provide you with a comprehensive mental health evaluation. If you choose to work together after your evaluation, you will work together with her as partners in your therapeutic journey. Jessica believes an honest dialogue and commitment are essential to successful treatment. She strives to provide a setting that allows you to feel safe and respected in order to establish a successful therapeutic relationship and is open to your input and welcomes your feedback as you progress on the path to the expansion of your perspective and renewed happiness. Jessica is here to collaborate with you on how to make life easier to cope with, as well as empower you on becoming the expert of your own life. You will leave each session with both practical tools and perspective. You will learn that change is possible and your goals are achievable.
